In the Himalayas, in secluded central Bhutan, one thousand individuals-lay practitioners, monks and nuns-will perform a year long ceremony dedicated to world peace, a drubchen, from 21 December 2012.

The World Peace Drubchen Association promotes and supports this powerful peace initiative as its pilot project, in partnership with Gangteng Monastery and its abbot, H.E. Gangteng Trulku Rinpoche and his monastery.

With the support of dedicated individuals and organizations of all spiritual traditions and cultural backgrounds, we are developing and implementing innovative peace projects.
